Starting point
The floor has an open office, two meeting rooms, reception, a kitchen and a technical room with central chilling. Facilities management reacted to calls reaching the front desk.
Main problem
An air conditioner or a panel left on after hours only showed up on the following month's bill, with no way to tell which room or unit was driving the consumption.
Solution put in place
Energy, temperature and occupancy sensors in every room feed COA Edifício, which shows the floor plan live and alerts when a panel draws power outside the expected hours, with the option to cut it remotely.
